Thomas Paine

“If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace.”
Thomas Paine

A quote I picked up from freedom force international (actually I picked the last one up there as well). Where I disagree with Thomas Paine on the principles of God and his providence; I do agree with him in the quote above. Instead of destroying our childrens future we should be trying to give them a better tomorrow. Not debauching their currency and giving them a mountain of debt. That just doesn't make sense if your doing right by tomorrows generation. Sadly, I doubt any President we have had in 30 plus years has thought of anyone outside of themselves.

Right on, BR'ER! One would have to go back long, long before our lifetimes to find a president who remained even remotely true to his oath of office.
