Senator Joseph McCarthy

Today, we are engaged in a final, all-out battle between communistic atheism and Christianity. ~ Senator Joseph McCarthy

I pulled this quote off my friend Stephen T. McCarthys blog. I know it to be authentic because Stephens name is not his real name but his pen name, and the McCarthy name is after this great senator. So, needless to say my friend would never misrepresent Mr. McCarthy.

Today I find Joseph McCarthys quote to be more true than ever. We have removed God from our society, removed him from our schools, our court houses, our society, and most importantly our homes and hearts. When the children of Israel did this in the old testament they found themselves in one situation: SLAVERY. After all it is the bible, that holly word of God that says, "The Borrow is slave to the lender." Well as we speak the United States Government is trillions in debt, and hundreds of trillions in financial liabilities (Social Security, obama care, welfare, exc.). We can't pay for all our IOU's so there are two options: 1)print more money, and die 2) get forclosed on and die. No society has remained free that has inflated its money supply, and I don't believe we will be the first.

In case you don't believe me let me recommend a few books: The Creature From Jekyll Island By G. Edward Griffin, The Naked Capitalist by W. Cleon Skoussen, The 5000 year leap by W. Cleon Skoussen, and Blacklisted By History By Stanton Evans.

I could go on but that should get anyone on the right path.

  1. I have some quotes for you that you should consider posting:

“19. Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
    20. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
    21. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."
    - Jesus, The Gospel of Matthew 6:19-21

And then an almost identical quote:
"The less you eat, drink and buy books; the less you go to the theatre, the dance hall, the public house; the less you think, love, theorise, sing, paint, fence, etc., the more you save – the greater becomes your treasure which neither moths nor rust will devour – your capital. The less you are, the less you express your own life, the more you have, i.e., the greater is your alienated life, the greater is the store of your estranged being"
    - Karl Marx, Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844

Perhaps the word of God and socialism aren't so far apart after all.

Christianity's fundamental humanism and compassion can only truly flourish and express itself only after we have eliminated the greatest source of poverty, starvation, violence, ignorance and hatred, and that is a rotten system which privileges profit over the social well being of the overwhelming majority of people on the planet, and that system is called capitalism.

We must replace it with a system of economic and social democracy and cooperation that will put the great economic and technological resources available on the planet toward social betterment, instead of simple to increase private profit for the minuscule few. That was the mission Jesus set out to accomplish when he spoke 2000 year ago, to lead us to be better and fairer to each other. Capitalism outright betrays that mission, only a classless system of mutual social cooperation and democracy will realize the true ethical character of Christianity.

  2. "The social principles of Christianity preach cowardice, self -contempt, abasement, submissiveness and humbleness, in short all the qualities of the rabble, and the proletariat, which will not permit itself to be treated as rabble, needs its courage, its self-confidence, its pride and its sense of independence even more than its bread. The social principles of Christianity are sneaking and hypocritical, and the proletariat is revolutionary." (Marx, The Communism of the Rheinische Beobachter, Marx, Engels Collected works).

Well those are the words of Karl Marx. Guess he didn't think to highly of Christ. Oh, and Engels and Stalin are responsible for over 24 million deaths in communist Russia. Plus The United States hasn't been a capitalist society for just about a 100 years.

Plus, there really hasn't been a communist system that hasn't been made right here in the good ol U.S.A .... All you have to do is look at the work of Trotsky and the red cross prior to Bulshevik revolution (Try reading "The Creature From Jekyll Island" By G. Edward Griffen).

"There are, besides, eternal truths, such as Freedom, Justice, etc.; that are common to all states of society. But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new basis; it therefore acts in contradiction to all past historical experience." Karl Marx

Communist Russia is a perfect example of this. Once you abolish morality and religion you can do what you want. Like murder over 24 million people. But hey, the Norton version of The Communist Manifesto placed three main pillars to form a truly communistic government. Two of them are to: have a central bank, and to have a graduating income tax. Look no further than the Federal Reserve and the IRS. Sorry Aaron you live in a hybrid society of fascism and communism.

After all, "Communism as dreamed by Karl Marx" and happen except first their be "a spiritual leavening" Edward Mandell House (chief of staff under Wilson and advisor to Roosevelt). As a matter of fact House wrote a ficticious "story" in 1912 Called, "Phillip Dru Administrator" that just so happened to "ficticiously" predict social security, the new deal, NATO, and a plethera of other fascism/communistic goals decades before they happened.

Over 24 million murdered in Communist Russia (not talking China and all the other evil little red countries out there). According to Wormbrandt at least 8 milliion of which were Christian. But don't worry these countries had "churches" for christians there. You to to spy on and have preachers who would report anyone who was too passionate about Christ (Wurmbrandt).

You know Aaron I don't know what's more repugnant to me: the fact that you used the words of Christ to promote communism, or the fact that you might actually believe it.

  3. God save us from the idealists!...

    BR'ER MARC ~
You have done such an admirable job in answering this hopeless idealist that I don't feel any real need to add anything.

Nevertheless, simply as a display of support, I'll submit these brief observations:

    Aaron writes:

    >>...And then an almost identical quote:
"The less you eat, drink and buy books; the less you go to the theatre, the dance hall, the public house; the less you think, love, theorise, sing, paint, fence, etc., the more you save – the greater becomes your treasure..."
    - Karl Marx, Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844

I could write an entire essay on the bullshit found therein, but in an effort to keep it extremely brief, I submit only the following:

    >>...the less you think, love, theorise

The Bible tells us more than once that "God is Love", and Jesus tells us to Love our neighbor as we do ourselves.

No surprise that a (pseudo-)atheistic thug like Marx would encourage us NOT to love (satan always takes a 180-degree turn away from God's principles).

The less we theorise (theorize) the better? Oh, you mean Marx is saying "don't do as I do, do as I say". Because NOBODY "theorised" more than did the king of Dialectical Materialism. Marx, in cautioning us against theorizing, however, was being true to his ever-hypocritical lifestyle!

In other words, true to his fascistic world-view, Marx was telling us not to think for ourselves, but to merely follow blindly his "superior" theories. F*#k Marx and the ass he rode in on... backwards!

Now it's true (and unknown by the majority of modern Christians) that the earliest Christian church was founded on something we could call "socialism" [See Acts 4:32-35]. But it was obviously a "spiritual socialism".

However, there is a 180-degree difference between a spiritual socialism entered into VOLUNTARILY due to one's elevated spiritual world-view, and a socialism that is INVOLUNTARILY forced upon a person by a dictator and his thugs who have NO spiritual world-view at all, but evaluate EVERYTHING based on a solely materialistic and temporary belief system.

And anyone who would try to equate the teachings of Marx with the teachings of Jesus probably doesn't much understand either of those two teachings.

...And, God, please save the idealists from themselves as well.

  4. Stephen,
I have actually made the point you stated before to others. Though you've said it in a more precise manner. Voluntary vs. involuntary is a huge difference. I would add that the voluntary is for each individual. They had the FREEDOM to choose. In the soviet union not following the status quo got you a free trip to siberia to live in a arctic prison until you succombed to it and died. Not much of a choice. A high school instructor once said, "If everyone were perfect socialism would work because on paper each is given their need." Yes, and if we were all spiritually minded everyone would work hardily unto the Lord loving and giving onto one another. Heck, some (not all) mormons still practice this and when implemented from a spiritual mindset it can work quite well. But governments are not spiritually minded regardless of what they might say. One can choose to leave a church if they abandon the priciples they say they uphold. One can not leave the governmental controls they live under. Common sense tells you that greed, corruption, murder, and getting ahead at the expense of your fellow man are all part of every government that existed for thousands of years. That's why freedom, dispersed power, and a constitution that guarantees personal liberty are so important. A free capitalistic society is the only modern government that has modestly succeeded at that. Too bad it disappeared in 1913 when we became fascist nation with the implementation of the federal reserve.

Many guys like our Aaron seems to lack a basic understanding of our constitution. He would probably quickly state all the horrors our nation as proof capitalism doesn't work. Unfortunately, if he read the constitution, and the words of the founders he would quickly realize that it is the act of being the police man of the world that along with the federal reserve that has done the most damage to our former capitalistic society. Our founders never would have encouraged a foreign policy of interventionalism. It is that very act that causes us to contribute to some of the greatest horros in our history. None of which were done by a capitalistic society. Today, we have the illusion of freedom. Freedom that can be taken away at a moments notice when it suits the powers that be. When we fall those around the world and at home will declare it as proof capitalism has failed. They will say this not realizing how ignorant of a statement that will be. Capitalism hasn't existed in 96 years. Great post stephen. As always.
